Our business’ is passionate about continued sustainability and a greener future. By working with experts in plastic material recovery and consumer biproducts we have developed ECO STRATA by sourcing a large proportion of our materials from recycled plastic waste, therefore eliminating plastic waste from entering the Oceans and Landfill.

Working with our partners, together after extensive research and development throughout 2019 we are now proud and excited now to announce the revolutionary ECO STRATA material in 2020.

ECO STRATA

Over 70% of the ECO STRATA material contains our unique blend of polyester fibre that comes from recycled plastic sources, this amazing product gives consumers genuine scope to divert millions of plastic bottles a year from reaching Landfill and Oceans.

With technical advances, research and development, we have now created a competitive protective packaging method, whilst still providing similar characteristics and benefits as tradition protective foams that are currently being used. Traditional foams can have as little as 7% recycled content within them and some may contain harmful chemicals. By using our ECO STRATA material, we are giving our customers a genuine greener alternative whilst offering potential cost reductions.

From design led concepts we convert the ECO STRATA material into performance packaging solutions, ultimately enhancing and protecting our customers products whilst in transit. ECO STRATA is 100% recyclable allowing the end consumers to be able to easily recycle the material through plastic waste streams, so then it can begin its life cycle again by being made into another usable manufactured product or ECO STRATA material.

MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

Manufacturing capabilities include High Speed conversion Lines, 3 axis Atom semi-automated belt fed lines, 1 large format Samco, 2 semi-automatic welding machine, 2 Samco manual press Lines, thermal bonding & adhesive, cutting and packaging. With our production facilities onsite and a weekly output growing, we deliver smart and effective manufactured solutions within a fast-paced environment.
